Handling contact and call-back requests, on the basis of pre-contractual measures and the publisher’s legitimate interest.

Three years after the last exchange.

Recipients

The publisher; its technical hosting and maintenance providers, with no commercial use of the data whatsoever.

Your rights

Access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, to be exercised by email at contact@walldeco.fr. You may lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

Transfers

Form data is not transferred outside the European Union.

Messages sent to Albert are passed, for the time needed to produce the reply, to a conversational-intelligence provider established outside the European Union. The contractual framework for this transfer is to be completed.

Online assistant

Albert, our online assistant, answers questions about our work, our collections and installation, at the foot of every page.

Your messages are processed for the duration of the conversation and are not kept beyond it: nothing is written to our servers, and our technical logs count only the number and duration of exchanges, never their content nor your IP address in the clear. The conversation stays in your browser for the visit and disappears when the tab is closed.

Albert collects no contact details. To be called back, use the contact form, which is designed for that.
