Purpose of the site

walldeco.fr is a presentation site. It shows no prices and offers no basket, no payment, no online order, no technical file download and no sample ordering. Its only commercial function is to put you in touch with a project adviser.

Quotation and order

Every order is preceded by a written quotation, drawn up after the substrate survey and the setting-out. The quotation states the references, quantities, the weight per square metre adopted, the finishes and the lead times. It binds the parties once signed.

The data published on the product sheets does not constitute a commercial offer: it is confirmed in the quotation.

Installation

Installation may be carried out by our fitters or by the client’s own contractor, with our support. In the latter case we supply the dimensioned setting-out, the joint details and the recommended tools, but correct execution is the responsibility of the contractor laying the work.

The substrate must be flat, dry and clean before laying. The substrate survey is part of the first appointment.

Reservations about the material

Gypsum calls for care in transit and during installation. Once laid and jointed, the piece presents no particular fragility in service.

The reaction-to-fire classification and its test report are being obtained. They are supplied on request as soon as they are received, in particular for any project falling under public-access building rules.

Complaints

Any complaint should be made in writing to contact@walldeco.fr, stating the reference concerned and the date of delivery or installation. The consumer mediator’s details appear below.

These terms are governed by French law.
